CRM
Customer Relationship Management — software that tracks leads, contacts, deals and every interaction with a customer through the sales pipeline.

Renewal Tracking
Monitoring upcoming policy, subscription or SIP renewal dates for existing customers so the team follows up before they lapse.
Cross-Sell / Upsell
Offering an existing customer an additional product (cross-sell) or a higher-value version of what they already have (upsell), based on their profile and history.

Know Your Customer — the process of verifying a customer's identity and documents, common in regulated industries like insurance and mutual funds.
Role-Based Dashboard
A dashboard that shows each team member only the data and actions relevant to their role — a salesperson sees their pipeline, an owner sees company-wide revenue.
AI Sales Assistant
An AI agent that can answer questions using a business's real data, qualify incoming leads automatically, and hand off anything sensitive to a human.
Cart Abandonment
When a visitor adds items to a cart or catalogue order but leaves without completing checkout — tracked so the business can follow up.
Trial-to-Paid Conversion
The process of a business moving from a free trial period to a paid subscription plan.
Prepaid Billing
A billing model where a customer pays for their subscription period in advance, rather than being billed after usage.
